The systems we design include space heating and cooling, ‘clean room’ air conditioning, water filtration and distribution, waste/treatment plumbing, medical gas and process piping design.

We are experts at energy conservation including Energy Code Compliance and training, LEED® and Build Green® evaluation and participation, and system carbon footprint assessments.

Our system controls expertise enables complex systems to operate easily and efficiently. We design systems which range from programmable digital thermostats and controllers, to multi-building direct digital controls (DDC) with programmable logic control (PLC) systems, including Supervisory Central and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA) systems for campuses, municipalities and industrial plants.

We know how important it is to make the right conceptual decisions early in project development, so we support projects during pre-design planning with alternatives analysis, energy assessments and life-cycle cost comparisons. Likewise, after design we support projects during construction, start-up and commissioning.

Even years after start-up we consult on system trouble-shooting, equipment condition assessments and controls calibrations. We offer services that meet the demands placed on today’s Hi-tech environmentally driven projects.
