Harris Group held its first ever LEGO® building competition last month. Each office received about 1150 LEGO® bricks and were challenged with building a major landmark located in their city or state.
Completing Harris Group’s Emerging Leaders program involved getting our feet wet. Throughout our 18-month program, we learned to work together sharing ideas and completing projects as a team or teams. Many of the modules we studied had an underlying theme. Communication in its varying forms. The lessons learned, along with the camaraderie we developed along the way, culminated in what I would consider a very successful graduation day where literally only our feet got wet.
In the world of running there are many relays. but only one “mother of all relays”, also known as the Hood to Coast Relay. This iconic race annually draws teams from across the world to compete. On August 23 & 24th our Harris Group relay team “Feets of Engineering” successfully completed the 2019 HTC relay which is their 3rd Hood to Coast relay, and their 6th team running relay.
